The University of Miami Entertainment & Sports Law Review publishes
scholarly articles, comments, and casenotes written by academics, practitioners, and students covering a wide range of current and often controversial topics and issues. Topics which fall within the scope of the Review's specialty include constitutional issues in the entertainment and sports industries, the implication of federal antitrust laws with regards to professional and amateur sports, and
the evolving laws which influence the sports and entertainment market.
This title ceased publication in 1997.
