Abstract

The authors survey the significant developments in bankruptcy, with particular emphasis on state and federal decisions important to the Florida practitioner. Areas of analysis include jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court, the rights of secured parties and other claimants, procedure and discharges. Throughout the article the authors make reference to pertinent decisions involving the Florida Uniform Commercial Code.
